Diamond Work That Starts After the Memo
SRX supports sourcing, parcels, calibrated programs, matched layouts, report review, and special requests for qualified trade buyers.
SRX Diamonds supports professional diamond buyers with practical services built around real trade needs: single stones, matched pairs, parcels, calibrated goods, and repeat production requirements.
We do not ask buyers to sort through public stock that may not exist. We handle requests directly and respond only after availability has been checked.
Core Services
Trade Services Without the Noise
We start with the buyer's memo: shape, size, make, report preference, budget, timing, and use case.
For report-supported stones, we share available report details and flag the points buyers should review.
Melee and parcel requests are handled by size, color, clarity, make, sorting tolerance, and production need.
We support repeat buyers who need consistent sizes, shapes, quality bands, and delivery planning.
Pairs, side stones, bracelets, and layout work are evaluated for measurement, make, and face-up harmony.
For unusual sizes, tight makes, larger stones, or client-driven requests, we give a realistic market read.
We help buyers think through specification tradeoffs, documentation, sourcing timelines, and buying terms.
Transaction Support
Clear Steps Before Any Transaction
Before a transaction proceeds, the buyer should receive relevant details such as diamond specifications, report status where applicable, pricing, treatment disclosure information when known, payment expectations, shipping or memo terms, and return or inspection conditions if offered.
No diamond should be considered reserved, sold, or available until confirmed in writing by SRX Diamonds.
